Information
While AI has great potential to revolutionize learning, it also creates easy shortcuts for students to bypass the learning process entirely.
In this interactive session, participants will learn:
- How to spot AI-generated writing, with and without the assistance of technology, with techniques that have been proven and validated by academic research
- How to go beyond AI detection scores and collect real evidence on the authenticity of student work
- How to set appropriate boundaries with students on the use of AI
- How to design AI-resistant assignments and assessments that are more likely to engage students and prevent the temptation to cheat in the first place.
